Patricia graduated from the University of Florida in 2010 where she earned her degree in Economics and minored in French and Business Administration. She later returned to the University of Florida in pursuit of an MBA, graduating in 2020 with a concentration in Marketing. Patricia received a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, as well as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace certificate in 2021.
Patricia has a combined 10-years of retail management experience. She has led multiple company initiatives, implemented new processes, and trained and mentored diverse teams. All while consistently improving the customer experience.
In her free time, Patricia serves as the Founder and President of ThyTabono, a 501©3 nonprofit organization that provides resources, motivation and support to Thyroid Cancer Survivors. She strives to create a community where AYA (adolescent and young adult) Thyroid Cancer survivors are heard, while partnering with other nonprofits and businesses to grow the organization.
Outside of work, Patricia enjoys traveling, food and just about anything outdoors!

Jackie is a branding and content strategist who thrives off building relationships and connections. Jackie drives success for her clients and partners through building result-driven brand strategies and creating strategic content initiatives for a variety of assets, campaigns, and industries. As an award-winning writer and creative, she is constantly challenging the norm and developing marketing strategies that enhance and elevate existing brands. Jackie is continuously simplifying complexities to uncover solutions... and then she amplifies their potential.
Jackie has over 20 years of content creation experience. She has held positions with many Fortune 500 firms, and has led marketing and content initiatives spanning a large range of industries, from financial services to gourmet food magazines. Jackie holds many awards for her creative deliverables, including multiple Addy Awards.
In her free time, Jackie is a board member for USF Digital Marketing Certificate program, is involved with the Girl Scouts of West Central Florida and Habitat for Humanity. Outside of work, Jackie enjoys good food and spending time outdoors!

Ryan is a designer, writer, and content manager with a diverse background spanning many industries, from financial services and healthcare, all the way to athletics. Ryan focuses in on knowing the client, knowing the market, and the intended audience for each piece he creates. Ryan has a unique skill for making something relevant to as many people as possible. He creates a desire for people to want more, and learn more from the content he creates. He helps take business ideas and craft them into stories that connect through messaging that engages, educates and entertains.
Ryan has over 15 years of writing and design experience. Originally from Ohio, Ryan now spends much of his free time enjoying the Florida weather, kayaking, and spending time outdoors.

Amanda is an events and experiential marketing expert who thrives in creating creative solutions to complex situations. Amanda drives success for her clients through planning and implementing overall strategy for events and educational programs. She builds result-driven experiential marketing strategies and manages the preparation and logistics that go hand in hand with strategies of large caliber. She is constantly challenging the norm and managing the logistics that enhance and elevate existing brands in an in-person environment.
Amanda has over 15 years of events and marketing experience. She has held positions with Fortune 500 firms, and has led events and eduction initiatives spanning a large range of industries, from financial services to high-end weddings.
In her free time, Amanda is a wife and mom to three little ones, with her roots planted in the outskirts of Chicago. She kindly considers herself obsessively organized, and loves a good reality TV show.
